
29.11.2023 Today's 1.5 hour lesson focused on layering kicks onto Boxing combinations. We went through 12 x 3 minute rounds on the focus mitts with active rests, training defensive techniques. The first six rounds were all Boxing focused and from there we added on teeps, round kicks, elbow strikes and knee strikes before moving into tactics. The workout was then completed with two tabata sessions, the first centred on punches and the second kicks and knee strikes.
