16.02.2022 My third and four lessons of today brought me to Kingham Hill School for the continuation of their self-protection courses. The first group are small in number and we have been able to focus a lot on improving certain hard skills. Today I was keen to get them to progress with incidental combinations. I also pressure tested them. Group two were much larger and we looked at some footage of real-life incidents. We also tested the pre-emptive strike and did some work on tactical escape. Services
