Knee Bump Sweeps & New Holds (diary entry)

09.05.2023 Tuesday morning continued my teaching consultancy with Athena School of Karate. We stayed on the theme of the clinch, working mainly on setting up sweeps and also introducing the "steering wheel" hold, the "boss grip" and the body-lock.
