06.12.2023 Hour five of my client's first course on Submission Grappling/Ground-Fighting brought us onto the knee-pin. However, before we trained this position we reviewed the pinning sequence up to this point. This included the north-south position, where we also went back over the escape. When we came to the knee-pin, we went through the correct execution from side control. It's a pretty explosive move that can easily cost the person pinning their controlling position.
