Loaded carries

My senior client's ninth hour was a strength and conditioning class. We focused on loaded carries, which are excellent for helping him with strengthening posture.


Following dynamic stretching and muscle activation warm-up, the following exercises were completed


5 x 10 steps farmer's walk with trap/hex bar

3 x 10 steps (each side) dumbbell suitcase carry

3 x 10 steps (each side) dumbbell waiter's carry

Tabata heavy bag - speed and power
