My 1.5 hour client was the first to train in my nearly completed gym tonight. We continued his focus on kicks with the following session after our warm-up:

One-for-0ne kicks
Two-for-two kicks
1, 1-2, 1,2,3 combinations that must include at least one kick
Teeps versus round kicks
Round kicks versus teeps

Kicks versus clinch
Muay Tae versus muay mat
Kick versus kicks
Freestyle
