My last lesson today was with my senior client and we are on his strength and conditioning class. We used the Swiss bar for bench press and dumbbells for incline press. Flies were also used to finish off the entire set. Progress was made with his pull-ups, which we tackle regardless of the training objectives. The lesson finished with 3 x 3 minute rounds on the bag using the technique/speed/power approach.
