19.08.2022 On Friday I began teaching a new tailored course to a new pair of clients. This time it was a father and son session. The father already had background experience training and competing in Muay Thai in Thailand as well as London. He booked me to provide an opportunity for his son year-old son to train alongside him in this fascinating combat art. We focused on forward and backward footwork along with jabs, crosses and lead leg teeps. These were trained individually and then as a full combination. At the end of both students worked 2 x 3 minute rounds on the focus mitts. My junior student focused entirely on the material taught today whereas his father had an opportunity to open up with various combinations and techniques. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
