09.09.2024 My couple clients decided to continue with Boxing. We decided to go back through some games to see what fundamental principles had improved and what still needed work. We used the following games: 1-minute rounds 3 x shoulder tag (upper body actions/reactions) 3 x feet stepping (footwork) 3 x shoulder tag and feet stepping   The above games reinforced the importance of maintaining a strong defence throughout one's actions. An individual aiming to tag a shoulder is open to a foot-step counter and vice versa. 2-minute rounds 3 x one-for-one in a restricted space 3 x two-for-two in a restricted space 3 x 1, 1-2, 1-2-3 for the same in a restricted space The round was particularly challenging for a confined space due to the amount of quick thinking needed. 3 x 3-minute rounds jabbing from the outside versus counters https://clubbchimera.com/services/
