
28.06.2023 The first lesson of the day was my early morning client, covering the first hour of her new course. After some agility ladder drills we went through the four new techniques. This process involved learning the individual "big move" (each are particularly strong techniques that would need to be used sparingly in a fight) and then putting them into a combination. They each had a natural progression from each other. Then they were put into rounds, integrated with other techniques and already learnt combinations. Active rest went back over the move that would be covered in the next round. Each round ended with 10 seconds of repeating the big move.
