03.04.2023 Hour eight of my couple client's Mixed Martial Arts course brought us back to shoot-boxing and I introduced them to the concept of feedback loop training. Our warm-up included ladder agility drills, including the round kick exercises I have been covering my Muay Thai classes and ground-fighting exercises such as crawls and sit-outs. The focus mitt work gave me an opportunity to allow my clients to hold pads for one another for a change. These two had not done this under my supervision since we were virtual training over the lockdown period in 2020. They both did a series of rounds where flash striking and defence were isolated and then combined. This is not complete FLT as there should also follow a round of sparring and then a return to the pads, both influencing each other, before switching coaching roles. However, today it was important to introduce the pad-holding concept of this type of training. We warmed down with some static and PNF stretching. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
