Shoot-boxing pad-work

Hour eight of my client's MMA course and we currently exploring shoot-boxing. Today's lesson brought much of what we covered through sparring onto the focus mitts. We also had a look at kick development.

1. jab/cross/double collar tie

2. jab/single collar tie snap down and strike

3. jab/cross/hook/single collar tie

4. as above with strikes in clinch

5. basic punch and body round kick combinations

6. switch kick combinations

7. teep and round kick combinations

8. teep and knee combinations

9. freestyle

10. heavy bag shoot-boxing combinations
