







27.03.2023 Hour seven of my couple client's course saw more shoot-kickboxing work, carrying over from the previous session. After warming up all MMA ranges through agility ladder exercises, I coached 4 x 2 minute rounds of MMA clinch using the belly pad for knee strikes and body punches. With my hands free to feed clinches and takedowns, both my clients were able to both throw heavy shots to a regularly available target whilst having some resistance.
