


My junior client continued his Mixed Martial Art training with the stack and pound drills I taught to my couple clients' last Monday. My senior client looked at defensive drills in his boxing.
The first session finished with 4 x 2 minute rounds of specific sparring. My junior client twice sparred both from the top and bottom position.
The second sessions drills were as follows:
Retreat and pivot step
Moving to the outside/blind side of an opponent
Clinch and control
Catch
Parry
Block
Slip
Dip and roll
