My 1.5 hour client's Muay Thai session was focused on creating better flow at fighting range. I also put in some balance testing. We used the following the constraints-led games:
10-minute rounds:
One for one, two for two, three for three, four for four boxing
Teeps only maintaining balance sparring
Ditto
Round kicks one for one
Ditto
Punches vs kicks
Ditto
Clinch sparring (elbows, knees and sweeps)
Clinch vs kickboxing
Ditto
5-minute rounds:
2 x Freesparring
Static and PNF stretching.
