Stand and deliver

My 1.5 hour client's Muay Thai session was focused on creating better flow at fighting range. I also put in some balance testing. We used the following the constraints-led games:


10-minute rounds:


  1. One for one, two for two, three for three, four for four boxing

  2. Teeps only maintaining balance sparring

  3. Ditto

  4. Round kicks one for one

  5. Ditto

  6. Punches vs kicks

  7. Ditto

  8. Clinch sparring (elbows, knees and sweeps)

  9. Clinch vs kickboxing

  10. Ditto


5-minute rounds:


2 x Freesparring


Static and PNF stretching.
