TEACHER TRAINING – CHILDREN’S SELF-PROTECTION 6 (DIARY ENTRY)

Tuesday’s final lesson: hour six of my online teacher training course with Hostlebro Taekwondo Klub, Denmark. Tonight was all hard skills work. We warmed up with tactical escape and striking off the fence into incidental combinations. This was both shadowed and applied to focus mitts back in Denmark. Then we moved onto the cover and transitioning through postures. Finally, I covered anti-grappling where we trained striking off various grips, breaking grips and close-range counter-attacks.
