18.12.2023 Tuesday night kicked off with hour seven of the twins Muay Thai course. Tonight we mainly focused on some live development drills. These included exchanges jabs, teeps and round kicks. They began as one-for-one light sparring and built to two-for-two. The second half of the lesson was concerned with introducing the clinch. We drilled the plum position, forward and backward posture breaking, lateral posture breaking and pivoting posture breaking. Then I introduced the spear knee and the curved knee. From here they learned the principle of moving to take an opponent’s balance and executing a knee as well as countering a knee by anticipating it with movement. https://clubbchimera.com/services/
