My teenage client's fifth hour of his return to Boxing. Building on last lesson's general focus on defence and head movement, tonight I used a series of games to see what needed to be covered specifically. He is generally very good at keeping up his right hand to block, parry and cover, but is let down by his lead. I worked on having him tuck his chin behind his shoulder and introduced the Philly shell guard. This worked well for him in conjunction with the basic high guard.
