My senior client wasn't able to attend the workshop on Friday, so we decided to dedicate the second hour of his fourth Boxing course on re-capping some of the specific sparring rounds.

1. Jabbing machine

2. Jabs only sparring

3. Lead hand only sparring

4. Outside vs inside sparring

5. Ditto

6. Escape the corner

7. Ditto

Then we brought in some other rounds to work certain areas

1. Body shot sparring

2. Jab to the head and body shots only sparring

3. Free sparring
